We want you to love your S-kin Studio pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible jewelry. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all signature branded packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our studio receives and inspects your items, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
